Lyn became interested in the Natural Therapies industry in Sydney in the early 80’s, mainly due to her own health crisis issues. After obtaining a Diploma in Remedial Massage, Lyn established her own Remedial Therapies Practice in Randwick, Sydney. Lyn worked as a Massage Therapist for a number of years, and discovered that massage did not address every presenting problem.
In 1991 Lyn studied Bowen Therapy with Ossie & Elaine Rentsch of Bowtech Pty. Ltd and knew immediately that this modality was what she was looking for. She has gone on to become an Advanced Bowen therapist attaining a Certificate IV and Diploma of Specialised Bowen Therapy, as well as adding the Specialised Bowen Procedures to her repertoire
When Lyn moved to Western Australia for a sea change, she started teaching the Certificate IV in Bowen Therapy through the Border College Of Natural Therapies. She also teaches Bowen as an elective at the Australian Institute of Holistic Medicine, Jandakot, Western Australia. She runs her practice out of Wellspring Naturopathic Clinic in O’Connor.
Her interests are walking, swimming and yoga.
